When you make a purchase, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your email address and payment details. We receive your email address and purchase details to fulfill your order. We do not store your credit card information.

• To deliver your purchased PDF via email and download link
• To send a purchase confirmation
• To respond to support requests

What we do not do

• We do not sell your email address or personal data
• We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in
• We do not use tracking cookies for advertising
• We do not share your data with third parties except Stripe (payment) and MailChannels (email delivery)

Data retention

Purchase records are retained for accounting and support purposes. You may request deletion of your data by emailing privacy@docshelf.org.
